Timeframe: You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, components, and accessories.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at business@qislee.com or via our website's chat box. Include photos or a video of the issue and a brief description. We will respond within 24 hours.
Proof of Purchase: Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or email confirmation).
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Return Process

  1. Troubleshooting First: Before returning, refer to your product manual for troubleshooting tips or contact us at business@qislee.com for assistance. Many issues can be resolved easily.
  2. Contact Us: To initiate a return, email business@qislee.com with your order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the product back to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  4. Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Refund Policy

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you don’t see your refund, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times vary. If issues persist, contact us at business@qislee.com.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product. To arrange an exchange, email business@qislee.com and ship the item to the provided address.
